Survey: Isn’t the major “character flaw” in the character “Dr. House” on the show “House?

 …that he is a “broken man,” because he was “saved from death against his will,” by the very people he works for and still loves now, because he told them before they saved him, that he “did not want” them to save him because he didn’t want to wake up and be “disabled” leg-wise the rest of his life, but they “saved him anyway,” essentially forcing him to live the rest of his life as a “disabled leg person,” which he would rather have died than become? That’s my favorite show… |

I haven’t seen all of the episodes, but I think it’s funny how in everyone that I have seen, he’ll take a look at something like a Micro Machine on the floor and come up with the solution.

Well House is an Atheist so dying wouldn’t have lead to heaven. He jokes about god in the show. Hes way to confident and arrogant and him having a disabled leg he thought would have made him weak. Thats why i think he wanted to die. If that is what your asking.

He was that way before the accident. He blames his ex-wife for being disabled. She was the one who gave the go ahead to cut out the muscle in his leg. He is not broken..in my opinion, he is happy being miserable, and he is still lookin good doin it..I mean..um?
He’s not an Atheist, he’s Agnostic..but is he still after he stuck the knife in the electric socket?

I’m glad you asked this cause I’ve watched the show
and never fully understand why HOUSE is allowed to
be a Drug Addict Doctor AND WHY THE HE^^ is
he so pis3ed off that he uses a cane ?

I think House’s real inner torment lies in his feelings for
Sela Ward (Don’t know her name on the show) and that
is why he tries to NUMB himself to death so as to NOT
feel the PAIN of REJECTION!

No that’s the least of his flaws. His major flaw is his arrogance. Which by the way I believe is just a front. He’s sly and only acts that way to deceive the rest of the characters. He want’s them to believe he is heartless because he is actually a teddy bear inside and if they got close enough to know him, he wouldn’t be as effective at getting results from the team he is responsible for turning into new doctors. I would say this is his major flaw because he seems lonely and he continues to push everyone away. He just needs to come clean with a couple of the females so he can get laid. I can’t wait for the new season to start.

I am sometimes more often than not ..the female version
of house.
It is my fave as well…I love him.. even if he doesn’t know me..lol..if we ever met though lol.. house would be my perfect cripple man.. and he would know this..
It would be very fiery though..
maybe I should just stick with good boys..lol

House has no character flaws. None at all. He is a quick witted brilliant jackass…what more could anyone need in a man? Better yet, what more could anyone need in a doctor?
